Dan Ridgeway is an Associate and Urban Designer at the MBTW Group. He has worked on and led a wide variety of complex urban design and planning projects primarily focusing on community master planning and detailed site analysis. His big-picture thinking, excellent research, design and visualization skills have resulted in the successful completion of projects from the initial vision and project conception stage through to the details and final approval. Dan’s experience includes policy review and research, preparation of detailed drawings such as draft plans and site plans, typology input, master planning, visual communications including 3D demonstration plans, and presentations to various stakeholder groups. He is currently responsible for the project management and community design of multiple projects across the GTA, Niagara Region, and the City of London. Over the past 10 years Dan has developed a reputation for preparing and delivering detailed community designs that have a well defined community structure, high quality pedestrian oriented streetscapes, and support environmental stewardship.
