Graham’s background education in architecture has made him very competent visualizing plans and interpreting complex working drawings. His proficiency and knowledge in AutoCAD has made the process of drawing production and coordination efficient and comprehensive. Graham has been involved in a variety of civic precinct and waterfront development, transit, recreational, community and urban redevelopment projects and will bring in expertise with technical drawings production, public space revitalization, site planning and environmental design. Graham is qualified to be involved in projects from concept design to construction administration to ensure continuity of knowledge throughout all stages of the project. Graham spearheads project detailed design and cost estimating and is responsible for preparing and tracking project costs through construction.
